  We now offer a book online service. To purchase your tickets online, click on Performances and Events, then choose the event you are interested in attending. You will see the Book Online Now link at the top of the page. Click on this link and follow the on-screen instructions. Your tickets will then be posted directly to you, saving time and effort.

Paying by credit or debit card.
All telephone bookings taken by credit or debit card will be subject to a £1.50 booking fee per transaction, there will however be no booking charge for bookings made in person at the Booking and Information Desk.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard.

Paying by cash or cheque.
There is no booking charge for bookings made in person by cash, cheque, or debit card at the Booking and Information Desk.
There will be an 80p administration charge to post tickets.

Concessions
Where applicable, concessions are available for senior citizens, under 16s, students, the unemployed and registered disabled.

Group rates
Group rates are available: please call the Booking line for details.
 
Friends, Associates and Patrons of the De La Warr Pavilion receive a 10% discount on the ticket price for selected events.

Conditions of sale
Once tickets have been purchased they cannot be exchanged or monies refunded. Latecomers will be admitted in a suitable break during the performance. Eating, drinking and smoking is not permitted in the auditorium.

Access

Wheelchair users: The auditorium is fully accessible to wheelchair users.
Patrons who are hard of hearing: A loop system operates in the auditorium (Stalls only).
Patrons who are visually impaired: A large-print copy of this guide is available on request. Guide Dogs will be accommodated wherever practically possible.
