The De La Warr Pavilion Restaurant located on the first floor of the wonderful modernist building in Bexhill on Sea, East Sussex, offers a range of ways to celebrate Christmas with fine food, sea views and great staff to look after you.

Book early for our gorgeous Christmas Lunches! The emphasis is on freshly prepared, seasonal, and where possible local produce, with the menu designed by our Head Chef Peter Zimoch.

Gravlax of salmon with poached organic duck egg, rocket salad and wholegrain mustard & honey sauce
Pan fried prawns, sweet chilli, lime and avocado cocktail served on crispy lettuce
Duck liver mousse with toasted pumpernickel and plum chutney
Caramelised red onion and goats cheese tart with fresh figs and walnuts & basil pesto V

Roast butternut and mushroom wellington with garlic chives, dressed charlotte potato and blue cheese sauce V
Chestnut stuffed breast of turkey with rosemary & duck fat roasted potatoes, selection of winter vegetables, roasting jus and cranberry sauce
Slowly roasted belly of wild boar with pumpkin puree, sautéed cabbage, pancetta and red wine gravy
Chargrilled fillet of sea bass with sea food and saffron broth & chive mashed potatoes on the side
