Offering modern cuisine made from simple, honest ingredients, the new Menu has been specially-designed by the DLWP’s Head Chef, Peter Zimoch and his team. It features homemade soup, freshly made each day, sandwiches, gourmet jacket potatoes and a selection of hot meals including beef bourginion with chargrilled foccacia, cod fish pie and pumpkin risotto, plus a range of tantalising sweets.
Creating delicious dishes from fresh, seasonal ingredients, sourced locally where possible our kitchen uses fresh fish and seafood that is locally-caught, meat that comes from local butchers and bread from local bakers. Our Pastry Chef specialises in homemade cakes, sourdough bread and foccacias, which are baked daily here at the De La Warr Pavilion.
We offer a fantastic range of wines, boutique beers, soft drinks and full roast Illy coffee to quench your thirst after an afternoon exploring the Galleries.
Menus are subject to variation. The Café does not take table reservations. Please order food at the bar and your meals will be brought to your table. WiFi is available in the Café, please ask a member of staff for more details.
Group bookings can be arranged and the Café Bar area is available for hire.
