AAA Newspaper 2009

2009's Access All Areas festival was covered by AAA’s very own pack of press hounds. A group of young people from Xtrax youth centre in Hastings worked as journalists during the festival, staffing a newsroom and collecting stories.

The news team were out and about at AAA taking part in workshops, interviewing participants and filming and taking photos of the events.

The content they produced shown here to create a record of their personal experiences and the festival as a whole. The team have been taking part in a series of journalism workshops in the run-up to the festival, teaching them interview techniques, image selection and the basics of news journalism.
