Arts Award Welcome Centre
The De La Warr Pavilion is a vibrant centre for contemporary arts offering opportunities to learn through engagment with exhibitions, live performance and architecture in a stunning location by the sea.
It is a key part of the Pavilion's Learning and Participation programme to help develop the creativity of young people, and we are keen to support young people in obtaining an Arts Award.
Those working towards an award have the oppotunity to visit the exhibitions, performances (some cost involved), assist with or take part in workshops and events, and meet artists or art professionals, depending on availability. Participants may also have the opportunity to showcase work at the AAA Youth Arts Festival in the summer.
