Live Programme Manager
We are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial Live Programme Manager to be responsible for a programme of contemporary music, literature, film, comedy and family events at the De La Warr Pavilion in Bexhill on Sea.
Over the last four years the organisation has developed a strong reputation for
contemporary live music attracting high profile names such as Goldfrapp, The
Heritage Orchestra, The Unthanks, Band of Horses, Jose Gonzalez, Patti Smith,
Nanci Griffiths, Vampire Weekend and Richard Hawley. Alongside this, the live
programme includes family, literature, film, and comedy events.
The successful candidate will have had experience of programming in a similar venue or environment, an understanding of growing audiences, and will work to build on the success and strength of the programme so far.
