Unique to this part of the UK, the De La Warr Pavilion is both a valuable business and community resource, acting as a magnet for outside investment. The Pavilion attracts over 350,000 visitors per year. 

The building features two free art galleries, a 1000 seat auditorium, a design-led shop, a restaurant and café selling food made from locally-sourced ingredients, and outdoor balconies and terraces open to everyone.
