Internship Programme
The De La Warr Pavilion Internship Programme is an opportunity for students and graduates to join our Programming Team for a placement of up to three months.
Our aim is to offer young people skills development alongside the experience of working within the arts sector, making a valuable contribution to our planning and delivery of the artistic programme.
The experiences gained from internships with us may play a key role in shaping someone’s future, either by helping them make career choices or by opening up job opportunities.

We will advertise the specific internship opportunities in this section of the website and through other appropriate networks. Please refer to the specific internship briefs below for further details on how to apply once they are posted.
We regret that we are unable to accept speculative CVs sent outside of these advertising periods, so please wait until the adverts are posted otherwise your application will not be accepted.
What is the application process?
We will short list all application forms received by the closing date, against the criteria outlined in the placement brief. Successful applicants will be invited to an interview.
