Apply to hire a space

As the Pavilion is a busy public building with its own active programme, we need to carefully consider all hire requests to check availability, access and consider the fit with our current programme.

Completing our Hire Enquiry Form allows us to consider your request.

This process enables us to deliver the best possible service to a wide audience. We consider hires from the commercial sector, the media, event organisers, as well as local community groups and charity fundraisers. However, it is not always possible to accommodate all requests.

Your request will be considered by a range De La Warr Pavilion staff, including the Directorate, Programming and Communications Teams. The team normally meets on a fortnightly basis to discuss these requests. We will acknowledge all requests and advise on decision times.
