Located directly on the beach, with magnificent sea views, this Grade One Listed Modernist building offers unique spaces for conferences and seminars.
The Auditorium seats up to 1000 delegates (600 on the ground floor and a further 400 accessed via a separate Balcony) and offers excellent sightlines and acoustics. There is a large stage which can accommodate generous stage sets and also a built in screen. The adjacent Foyer area can be used for registration & refreshments.

Example: The Cooden Beach Hotel is pleased to offer Bed & Breakfast for £55 per person per night (normally £60) and Dinner, Bed & Breakfast for £65 pppn (normally £80) for De La Warr Pavilion clients and visitors.
Travel
Journey times from London (London Bridge, Charing Cross and Waterloo East) to Battle are under 90 minutes, with direct trains from Brighton and Ashford.
Refreshments
The De La Warr Pavilion offers an excellent choice of food and refreshments.
For a large conference we would suggest tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival at £2.00 per person, sandwiches, nibbles and a fruit platter for lunch at £8.75 per person and afternoon tea and home made biscuits at £3.75.
Groups of up to 70 people are also welcome to arrange lunch in our fantastic restaurant with sea views. This is well worthwhile if you are looking to take time out from a very busy day. The set menu is great value at £10 per person for two courses or £13 for three.
