Credit or Debit Card
All telephone bookings taken by credit or debit card will be subject to a £1.50 booking fee per transaction. All other payment methods are free of charge when made in person, except credit cards. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
Cash or Cheque
There are no booking charges for tickets purchased in person by cash, cheque or debit card at the Information Desk. Credit cards may incur a small charge.
There is an 80p administration charge for tickets that require postage.
Concessions
Where applicable, concessions are available for senior citizens, under 16s, students, the unemployed and registered disabled.
Group Rates
Group rates are available. If you wish to make an enquiry about a group booking, please contact us.
Members
De La Warr Pavilion Members and Patrons receive a 10% discount on the ticket price for selected events.

Terms and Conditions for Events
Once tickets are purchased they cannot be exchanged or refunded. Latecomers will be admitted in a suitable break during the performance. Eating, drinking and smoking is not permitted in the auditorium.
Café Bar Bookings
Please note, we no longer accept table bookings. Due to our popular extended Café menu, orders are now placed at the Bar and food is brought out to your table. À la carte menus are still available for group bookings.
