Ian McEwan is one of the most celebrated British authors at work today. Join him for an exclusive event ahead of the publication of his new novel Nutshell (published 1st September). Nutshell is a classic story of murder and deceit, told by a narrator with a perspective and voice unlike any in recent literature. Ian McEwan’s novels include Atonement (shortlisted for the Booker Prize and turned into an award-winning film), On Chesil Beach, Enduring Love, The Children Act, The Child in Time, Saturday and Amsterdam (which won the 1998 Booker Prize).
Don’t miss this opportunity to be one of the very first to hear about McEwan’s new book and to get your hands on a signed copy of Nutshell before publication.
Buy a signed copy of Ian McEwan’s new novel Nutshell for a discounted price of £12 (RRP £15.99) when you buy your ticket!
(Please note that books bought on the night will be sold at full price)
Ian McEwan will be in conversation with Alex Clark. Alex is a critic, journalist and broadcaster who lives in London, and the current Literary Artistic Director for the Bath Festival.
