Big Give 2026

For one week starting today, the Big Give will double every donation to our Bexhill’s Big Summer Sounds campaign!

What is it? As part of their Summer residency here in Bexhill, the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra will play five shows for our audiences and community to enjoy. During this time, they’ll work alongside local schools and young people, introducing them to the wonders of classical music and the careers it offers both on and off stage.

Across the UK, 93% of children in state schools are excluded from arts education due to a lack of funding.

We want to show local young people and their families that a career in the arts is possible.

With your support, over 200 school children will sing alongside the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra at Sidley, and 30 young people will gain real-world experience working in the music industry over the course of the festival.

From 17-24 March, your support will go twice as far thanks to Big Give – £1 becomes £2, £5 becomes £10. Every donation will bring us closer to giving the musicians and creatives of tomorrow their first steps into the exciting world of classical music.
