WE LOVE WHAT WE DO.

We work with local suppliers, make everything fresh daily, and use seasonal ingredients so you can Eat Fresh by the Sea.

Our Café Bar & Kitchen is the perfect place to take a break between gallery visits, where you’ll find friendly faces, stunning sea views, and most importantly, delicious food. Our Kitchen team pride themselves on working with local suppliers, and making everything fresh daily.

This season, sample some of the freshest plates in town, with our diverse menu, as well as revisit some firm favourites such as fish & chips and the famous DLWP Burger.  There are plenty of vegan and vegetarian delights on offer, and speak to your server for any specific dietary requirements.

Make a night of it and book into our Café Bar & Kitchen for fresh dishes from our tailored gig menu before you head into the auditorium. The bar is open and our chefs have fired up the grill – all before the house lights go down and the spotlight comes up on your next gig.

A word from our chefs:

We do our best to source as many ingredients as possible from local providers. Some of our loyal local suppliers include Carroll’s greengrocers for vegetables, Catsfield Farm for free – range eggs, The Poppyseed Bakery who make our sandwich bread and burger buns, and local butchers Burt’s, who provide our chicken and bacon. We use free-range meat from Sussex farms, including the pork that makes the home made sausages so tasty, and our apples and pears come from Sussex orchards.
