Creative Art Packs
Just before Christmas and in early January, we distributed t 100 Creative Art packs to families who access Bexhill, Battle and Rye Foodbanks.
Each bag contained pencils, crayons, coloured paper, a pencil sharpener and an eraser and include some fun suggestions by artist Sam Ayre about how to make the most of your art materials.
Sketching self-portraits, daily doodles, writing a poem or drawing your favourite fruit or vegetable with a map showing the journey it made to get your mouth were just a few ideas!
We also ran a Giving Tuesday campaign in December to raise money for Bexhill Foodbank. We are really delighted to say that, thanks to your generosity, we were able to donate £250 to the Foodbank just after Christmas.
