Join us for a playful and expressive Art Sunday, inspired by Michelle Robert’s Red, Blue, Up, currently on display in our first floor gallery.
Using black A5 scratch boards, you will carve into the surface to reveal bursts of vibrant rainbow colour beneath! Carefully etch your image with a slow, mindful approach much like Michelle Roberts’ practice, or embrace a bold, energetic style, scratching freely to create wild patterns and textures. Whether you prefer intricate designs or spontaneous, expressive shapes, this is a chance to experiment, have fun, and enjoy the satisfying process of scratch and reveal.

What are Art Sundays?
Art Sundays are free drop-in creative workshops that take place on the first and third Sunday of every month, open to all ages.
Each week, the workshops will be led by an artist taking inspiration from our exhibitions programme.
You can find Art Sundays in the Rooftop foyer from 1pm – 3.30pm.
