Your Local Primary Care Network are here to help and support you. We work in collaboration with your GP surgery and local services to give practical support and information. Whether that be to help you through a diagnosis, provide support around a long term Medical or Mental health condition, support for those caring for others, or help you achieve a healthy body and mind. Whatever you need, we can help support, or signpost to support groups that can help you through every step of the way.

Also on the day, the NHS Primary Care Network will be bringing their ‘One You’ van where people can drop in to have a free health check. You will need to be between 40 and 74 years old, be a resident of East Sussex and have not had a health check in the past 5 years. This will be located in the car park, between 11am-4pm.
