You’re invited to create your own lens that challenges how you see the world around you, encouraging a playful and accessible approach to photography. Using acetate, colours and textures, create your own lens to photograph through, capturing the exhibitions, portraits or the outdoors.

Lenses can be used with cameras and phones.

We will provide the materials and snacks & drinks. You just need to come along with your camera or phone.

You don’t have to have come before, this is an open access session just turn up and join in.

A relaxed social space for young adults aged 18 to 25 to meet others, build confidence, and explore work, study, and creative opportunities.

Blueprint: Gather (Ages 18–25) is a friendly, low-pressure space where you can connect with other young people, get advice, share ideas, and take part in activities if you’d like. There is no need to book and no expectation to have everything figured out.

Sessions are supported by youth workers from the De La Warr Pavilion and partner organisations, so there are always people around to listen and support you.


WHAT HAPPENS AT GATHER?

You can:

· Meet new people and build connections
· Talk about work, study, or creative goals
· Get advice and support with next steps
· Find out about opportunities and projects
· Join in optional activities
· Enjoy food and refreshments
· Spend time in a relaxed, welcoming space

You can take part in whatever way feels right for you.
