Based at the beautiful De La Warr Pavilion, SCDA is delighted to be offering a free six week after school beach course for families with children aged 5-10yrs.
The 2 hour course begins on Monday 6 June from 3.45pm and finishes on Monday 11 July. The Bexhill seafront is a fantastic space for learning and it’s great opportunity for children and adults to gain more of an understanding about environmental issues, local wildlife and different ways to appreciate the coastline.
During the sessions led by a qualified trainer, families will engage in many activities such as; building shelters, identifying local marine life, the dangers of plastics, arts and crafts, beach and water safety as well as many fun games relating to the environment.
