Join artist Abel Holsborough for a drop-in workshop for all ages.
Come along for an afternoon of collaging, drawing and stitching with photographs. Open to all.
A few years ago, Abel bought a second-hand filing cabinet and in the top draw was an unexpected box of old family photos. Much like looking at the paintings in Mike Silva’s exhibition, it is interesting imagining what stories these pictures show, even when you don’t know the people behind or in front of the camera.
This workshop will work with found images and old photographs belonging to Abel and to some of the team at De La Warr Pavilion.
