HEY GIRL, HEY BOY, SUPERSTAR DJ... HERE WE GO!

After selling out in 2022 and 2023, Jo Whiley returns once more to DLWP for an all day, beach-side festival! Bringing you all the best tracks from the greatest decade for music. Think Blur vs Oasis, Fatboy Slim, Primal Scream, The Verve, The Chemical Brothers, Faithless, The Prodigy and a whole lot more.

2 – 10.30pm on the DLWP South Lawns and Terrace.

One of the most recognisable voices in British Broadcasting, Jo Whiley has had an incredible career as one of the nation’s favourite radio DJs. She even gave Britain its first television taste of bands such as Nirvana and Rage Against The Machine.

Jo joined Radio One in the Spring of 93′ and shortly after became permanent co-presenter of The Evening Session with Steve Lamacq. Four years later she landed her own daytime show, and remained part of Radio One’s weekday line-up until 2009, when she presented an exciting new weekend programme.

Jo Whiley has cemented herself as a hallmark of Glastonbury Festival, having presented coverage year in year out, brushing shoulders with some of the world’s greatest artists. She now fills the nation with timeless hits on the 7-9pm slow weekdays on BBC Radio Two.
