A workshop exploring how we connect with leadership – of ourselves and others – while staying in touch with what’s fundamental.
10am to 12.30pm
Martin Gent helps participants explore the flow of their creativity through experiential and arts-based practice.
The participants will leave the workshop with:
- A clearer and stronger connection to their own creative source.
- Ability to tap into this to make decisions.
- A strengthening of the connections to what supports you.
- Support of a cohort of leaders.
- Developed resilience and clarity.

Martin J Gent is a director, artist and mentor working in live, visual and performing arts. As well as his ongoing art practice, he works with organisations and businesses, using arts practice in leadership and culture change. He is an Associate Director of the MAP Consortium and head of Agile Business Solution Centre, Better Business Partners.
He ran an international qualitative research agency, Spinach, as Director of Creativity, and was a Specialist Support Advisor to the Cultural Sector at StartEast. He is a Trustee of RSPOPUK, the UK arm of Processwork and chair of the board of Home Live Art.
