Join us for an evening of seafood and sea views, with a menu designed and dishes freshly prepared by our Head Chef Ryan Taylor.
On arrival at 7pm, you will be offered DLWP’s legendary Sea Breeze cocktails and invited to explore Minoru Nomata’s exhibition Windscape in the First floor gallery. Or you can simply unwind on our balcony, taking in the sweeping views across the English Channel. Enjoy background music from DLWP’s own guitarist, Tetiana Gilbert, playing a combination of classical music and traditional Spanish melodies along with covers of well-loved classics.
The evening’s four course menu includes locally-caught Hastings smoked fish, and Rye Bay Crab, chocolate tart and home-made ice cream. We do our best to source as many ingredients as possible from local providers, and make our own breads which will be on the table. Wine can be selected from our menu, sold by the glass or bottle, with a further selection of drinks available from the Bar.

Tetiana has wowed people around the world with her beautiful melodies and captivating guitar playing. The combination of classical music and traditional Spanish melodies along with covers of pop and rock classics always blows her audience away. Tetiana graduated as a classical guitarist in Ukraine in 2015 and travelled upon 7 seas performing onboard one of the major cruise lines. Since relocating to the UK in 2019 she has performed at weddings and functions and offers private guitar and music tuition. Be ready to relax and enjoy your dining experience along with soft guitar melodies whilst looking at the beautiful sea view at the De La Warr pavilion restaurant.
