Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese form of exercise consisting of slow, smooth and continuous movements. The movements help to strengthen internal and external muscles, as well as gently freeing up stiff joints and helping with breathing, relaxation and stress management.

Come along for an introductory session of this gentle form of exercise with Sally Hemmings, a certified Tai Chi instructor who has been practicing Tai Chi for 26 years, and teaching for over a decade.  No special equipment needed, just flat shoes and a smile!

Cash donation to be given directly to the teacher on the day.
Booking is recommended as there may not be room for drop ins on the day.
