Join half-term artists Babalola Yusuf and Finlay Forbes-Gower for a creative, hands-on weaving workshop during our mid-week half-term session.
In this collaborative workshop, you’ll create your own woven scene inspired by what you can see from a window, real or imagined. It could be someone passing by, a bird in the garden, a plane in the sky, or even your own reflection. If you can see it, you can weave it.
Using cheesecloth screens, participants will experiment with simple weaving techniques to bring these everyday moments to life, contributing to a shared collection of observations and ideas. Come along, get weaving, and see what appears.
