From Ticket to Donation

Although we have been closed for almost four weeks now, we’ve been working behind the scenes to re-schedule as many live events as possible, ensuring that our audiences can still enjoy the shows that they were looking forward to.

When people have not been able to commit to the new date, or an event has actually been cancelled, the generosity of those who chose instead not to ask for a refund but to donate the value of their ticket, join us as a member, or simply keep the value of their tickets as credit has been a massive boost to us.

What is more, we are heartened that this morning HMRC confirmed that we can streamline the way we process ticket donations. Donations of tickets are also eligible for Gift Aid, which increases the value of your donation by 25% and makes your choice to donate even more significant to us.  Thank you!
