Built in 1935, the building has some wonderful features, including the magnificent sweeping spiral staircase, the ‘birdcage’ window and of course the spectacular auditorium with its hung ceiling & sprung floor.

Whether your company or organisation wants the Pavilion as a backdrop for its glossy magazine or our internal spaces as part of its modernist theme – we will be happy to discuss fees for your shoot & can offer equipment storage space & changing rooms for models.

Our building is open daily to the public & so this must be taken into consideration – we can negotiate early access at additional cost.

We have previously worked with many television shows including Poirot’s ABC Murders, BBC’s Question Time, Flog It, The Antiques Road Show and Channel 4’s Come Dine With Me. Also worked with various fashion photo shoots including Independent Brighton Fashion Label Dollydagger, Margaret Howell and Paul Smith.

Car shoots can take place on our terrace using the stunning south facing side of the building for clean, linear & uber-stylish backdrops that make whatever that is in the foreground look phenomenal in the crystal clear, seaside sunshine (on a good weather day!) – Even on a grey, wild day, the crashing sea will enhance your shoot if you are after strong, dramatic contrasts.
