QUIET TIME AND ACCESS

· The fair will be operating a *Quiet Time between 2pm–3.30pm for visitors with access requirements or those who would feel more comfortable in a quieter environment. d/Deaf, disabled and neurodiverse visitors are particularly welcome during this time.

· Within the limits of our Grade One listed building, the De La Warr Pavilion strives to be fully accessible with a range of facilities to support your visit. Details can be found here.

· If you have any specific access requirements in relation to the Bexhill Jobs & Apprenticeships Fair, please contact exec@dlwp.com.


GUIDANCE ON VISITING – for individuals and groups

· The fair opens at 10.30am and closes at 3.30pm. Quiet Time is between 2pm – 3.30pm.

· While you are welcome to come along on the day, we recommend registering in advance to smooth your entry to the fair.

· The start of the fair can be very busy so consider arriving a little later.

· Groups should be a maximum of 12 people and group visits must be staggered. All members of groups will need to register individually. Again, we recommend registering in advance.


GETTING TO THE FAIR

Bus The 99 Hastings-Eastbourne bus stops right outside. Other buses to Bexhill include the 53, 94, 94A, 95, 96, 97, 98 and 98A. Plan your journey here. Bexhill Community Bus operates a number of services in and around Bexhill, see timetables here.

Train Bexhill Train Station is a 10 minute walk. Direct Southern trains from stations including Rye, Hastings, St Leonards, Pevensey, Eastbourne and Brighton. Travellers on Southeastern trains from stations including Battle, Robertsbridge and Tunbridge Wells should change at St Leonards Warrior Square. Plan your journey here.

Bicycle Bike stands are situated at the front (north) entrance to the building, next to the Auditorium.

Car There is paid parking in the Rother District Council car park next to the Pavilion and metered parking on Bexhill seafront.
