We want young people to feel welcome here, and as a first step we have created a free Membership scheme for young people aged 16 – 25 years, offering discounts in the DLWP Café and Shop, the opportunity to win FREE gig tickets, exclusive events and an exclusive, regular newsletter that details accessible cultural offerings in the local area.

To ensure More Culture is authentic, and valuable to its target audience, More Culture has been built from the ground up by young people with a passion for making arts and culture more accessible to their peers. Multiple focus groups were held during the process, which saw other young people feeding us their ideas for how More Culture should be presented, what it should offer and gauging their general interest. The initial feedback was positive, and really helped to shape a strong foundation for what More Culture is, and will aim to be.
Our intention is to continue to grow the offering with time, continuing to take on board feedback from its members, while expanding reach further across the local area. We want More Culture to remain relevant and useful by allowing it to evolve with its audience, so joining us not only entitles you to our current benefits, but also allows you to input your ideas where possible!

Once you’re signed up, keep an eye on your inbox – we’ll contact you when we have free ticket giveaways. If a show catches your eye or you want to try something new, simply follow the instructions in the email to register your interest and be entered into the draw – good luck!
Simple! Just show your More Culture card at the till of the DLWP shop and cafe to get your discount. If you signed up online and plan to visit before receiving your card, don’t worry, just show your welcome email to get your discounts.
