HEAD OF FINANCE

Full Time/ Permanent
Salary: £40,000 (depending on experience)

The De La Warr Pavilion is seeking an experienced and strategic senior manager to lead the finance function of the organisation and to support the Director/CEO in maintaining effective working relationships with core funders, the VAT adviser, auditors, lawyers and banks.

The successful candidate will have qualified or part-qualified with ACCA, ICAEW, ICAS, ICSA, or fully qualified with AAT, accountancy degree or qualified by experience.  Strong technical, analytical and communication skills are essential and experience working in a charity and an understanding of our business is desirable.
